| ZJ型羅茨真空泵工作時(shí)，被抽氣體由吸入口進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)子與泵體之間，這時(shí)一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子和泵體把氣體與進(jìn)氣口隔開(kāi)，被隔開(kāi)的氣體（如圖上影線部分所示），在轉(zhuǎn)子連續(xù)不斷地旋轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中，被送到排氣口。ZJ型羅茨真空泵空間是處在封閉狀態(tài)，因此，沒(méi)有壓縮和膨脹。但當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子的峰部轉(zhuǎn)到排氣口邊緣時(shí)，由于V部分的壓力較之排氣口處的壓力低，為了使相連體積內(nèi)壓力均勻，氣體就會(huì)從排氣口處擴(kuò)散到V區(qū)域，其擴(kuò)散方向與轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相反。當(dāng)ZJ型羅茨真空泵轉(zhuǎn)子再轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，把V處的氣體壓縮到排氣口將其排出。這時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)子的另一面與進(jìn)氣口相連部分則吸入氣體，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子不斷地旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，重復(fù)上述抽氣過(guò)程不斷地排出流進(jìn)來(lái)的氣體。ZJ型羅茨真空泵這種工作過(guò)程相當(dāng)于轉(zhuǎn)子空間由某一最小值增加到最大值，然后再由最大值減小到最小值。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

進(jìn)口水環(huán)真空泵及壓縮機(jī)是用來(lái)抽吸或壓送氣體和其它無(wú)腐蝕性、不溶于水、不含固體顆粒的氣體，以便在密閉容器中形成真空或壓力，滿足工藝流程要求，吸入或壓送的氣體中允許混有少量的液體。
英國(guó)GRIMM格林進(jìn)口水環(huán)式真空泵工作原理：
葉輪偏心地安裝在泵體內(nèi)，因此當(dāng)葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，水受離心力的作用而在泵體內(nèi)壁形成一旋轉(zhuǎn)水環(huán)，水環(huán)上部?jī)?nèi)表面與輪轂相切沿箭頭方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，在前半轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中，水環(huán)內(nèi)表面逐漸與輪轂脫離，因此在葉輪葉片間與水環(huán)形成封閉空間，隨著葉輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)，該空間逐漸擴(kuò)大，空間氣體壓力降低，氣體被及入空間；在后半轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中，水環(huán)內(nèi)表面漸漸與輪轂靠近，葉片間的空間逐漸縮小，空間氣體壓力升高，高于排氣口時(shí)，葉片間的氣體被排出。如此葉輪每轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一周，葉片間的空間吸排一次，許多空間不停地工作，泵就連續(xù)不斷地抽吸或壓送氣體。
由于在工作過(guò)程中，做功產(chǎn)生熱量，會(huì)使工作水環(huán)發(fā)熱，同時(shí)一部分水和氣體一起被排走，因此，在工作過(guò)程中，必須不斷地給泵供水，以冷卻和補(bǔ)充泵內(nèi)消耗的水，滿足泵的工作要求。
當(dāng)泵排出的氣體不再利用時(shí)，在泵排氣一端接有氣水分離器（可自己制作一水箱代替），廢水和所帶的部分水排入氣水分離器后，氣水分離，氣體由排氣管排出，留下的水經(jīng)回水管供至泵內(nèi)繼續(xù)使用。隨著工作時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)，工作水溫度會(huì)不斷地升高，這時(shí)需從氣水分離器供水處供給一定的冷水（自來(lái)水），以降低工作水的溫度，保證泵能達(dá)到所要求的技術(shù)要求和指標(biāo)。
當(dāng)作為壓縮機(jī)使用時(shí)，泵排氣口接有氣水分離器，氣水混合物進(jìn)入氣水分離器后自動(dòng)分離，氣體由排氣管輸送到所需系統(tǒng)而工作水經(jīng)過(guò)自動(dòng)溢于開(kāi)關(guān)放出，壓縮氣體時(shí)，工作水極易發(fā)熱，水由泵出口排出，溫度會(huì)變得較高，因此在氣水分離器的底部，要不斷地供給冷水，以補(bǔ)充被放走的熱水，同時(shí)起冷卻作用，使工作水溫度不致過(guò)高，從而保證壓縮機(jī)性能，達(dá)到技術(shù)指標(biāo)，滿足工藝要求。
英國(guó)GRIMM格林進(jìn)口水環(huán)式真空泵結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明：
進(jìn)口水環(huán)式真空泵由泵體、兩個(gè)端蓋、葉輪、軸等部件組成。進(jìn)氣管和排氣管通過(guò)安裝在端蓋上的園盤上的吸氣孔和排氣孔與泵腔相連，軸偏心地安裝在泵體中，葉輪用平鍵固定在軸上。水環(huán)式真空泵兩端面的總間隙由泵體和園盤之間的墊來(lái)調(diào)整，葉輪與端蓋上的園盤之間的間隙由軸套（SK-1.5/3/6）或背帽（SK-12/20/30）推動(dòng)葉輪來(lái)調(diào)整，而SK-42以上軸與葉輪為過(guò)盈配合，此間隙由前端定位時(shí)確定，SK-42/60/85/120無(wú)軸套，其余結(jié)構(gòu)與SK-6/12/20/30相同。葉輪兩端面與端蓋園盤的間隙決定氣體在泵腔內(nèi)由進(jìn)氣口至排氣口流動(dòng)中損失的大小及極限壓力。
進(jìn)口水環(huán)式真空泵填料安裝在兩端蓋內(nèi)，密封不經(jīng)由端蓋中的小孔進(jìn)入填料中，冷卻填料及加強(qiáng)密封效果。葉輪形成水環(huán)所需的補(bǔ)充水由供水管供給，供水管可與氣水分離器連在一起循環(huán)供水。
SK型水環(huán)式真空泵密封形式采用機(jī)械密封，機(jī)械密封安裝在填料空腔里，填料省略。填料壓蓋換成機(jī)械密封壓蓋，其余結(jié)構(gòu)相同。
軸承由園螺母固定在軸上。
進(jìn)口水環(huán)式真空泵在端蓋上安裝有園盤，園盤上設(shè)有吸、排氣孔和橡膠球閥。橡膠球閥的作用是當(dāng)葉輪葉片間的氣體壓力達(dá)到排氣壓力時(shí)，在排氣口以前就將氣體排出，減少了因氣體壓力過(guò)大而消耗的功率，從而降低功率消耗。

The impeller is eccentrically installed in the pump body, so when the impeller rotates, the water is driven by the centrifugal force ａnd forms a rotating water ring on the inner wall of the pump body. The inner surface of the upper part of the water ring rotates along the arrow direction tangent to the hub, ａnd the inner surface of the water ring is gradually separated from the hub during the first half process, because this forms the closure between the impeller blades ａnd the water ring. In space, with the rotation of the impeller, the space gradually expands, the pressure of the space gas is reduced ａnd the gas is entered into the space. In the back half process, the inner surface of the water ring is gradually close to the hub, the space between the blades gradually diminishing, the pressure of the space gas rises, ａnd the gas between the blades is discharged when it is higher than the vent. Every time the impeller rotates one week, the space between the blades is sucked up once, ａnd many spaces work continuously, ａnd the pump continuously suck or pressurized the gas.

The gas ａnd water are separated, the gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe, ａnd the water left behind is supplied to the pump to continue to use. With the prolongation of working time, the temperature of the working water will increase continuously. At this time, a certain cold water (tap water) should be supplied from the water separator of the gas water separator in order to reduce the temperature of the working water, so as to ensure that the pump can meet the required technical requirements ａnd indicators.
When used as compressor, the exhaust port of the pump is connected with a gas water separator, the gas water mixture enters the gas water separator ａnd automatically separates. The imported water ring vacuum pump is composed of pump body, two end covers, impeller, shaft ａnd other components. The shaft is installed in the pump body eccentrically, ａnd the impeller is fixed on the shaft with a flat key. The total gap between the two end surfaces of the water ring vacuum pump is adjusted by the cushion between the pump body ａnd the disc. The clearance between the impeller ａnd the end cap is adjusted by the SK-1.5/3/6 or the back cap (SK-12/20/30), ａnd the above axis of the SK-42 is in interference with the impeller.
