一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介
FS-1型電動(dòng)勻漿機(jī)是供科研單位、大專院校、醫(yī)藥防疫站、輕工業(yè)、重工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生保護(hù)、森林保護(hù)等部門實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行細(xì)碎、勻化、乳化、分散、強(qiáng)烈攪拌、潤(rùn)溫、溶解有機(jī)物或無機(jī)物等作用。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理
該機(jī)根據(jù)我廠生產(chǎn)高速組織勻漿機(jī)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合國外技術(shù)及征求廣大用戶意見進(jìn)行改造研制而成。該機(jī)選用200W 20000r/min單相串激式微型電機(jī)、電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)旋刀在瓶杯內(nèi)作用,利用瓶?jī)?nèi)流體力學(xué)和高速機(jī)械剪切力作功。有大小六種瓶、刀、刀軸,并附有六個(gè)控溫杯,可根據(jù)物料的需要在杯內(nèi)放入熱水或冷卻液進(jìn)行調(diào)溫,并設(shè)有機(jī)械定位,整個(gè)機(jī)件作業(yè)自如方便,電器部分設(shè)有開關(guān),通電指示燈,調(diào)速器可根據(jù)需要轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行無級(jí)調(diào)速,外殼設(shè)有接地裝置,使用時(shí)安全。
