1、檔案館檔案庫房恒溫恒濕系統(tǒng)
隨著社會不斷發(fā)展與進步,檔案分類越來越細化,涉及的內容越來越豐富,信息量和數(shù)量越來越大。全國有數(shù)以萬計的大大小的檔案館,其中有許多非常重要的機要檔案,其歷史和社會價值非常高,如何做到檔案資料的長期完好保存已成為檔案管理部分不得不認真對且要妥善解決的問題,F(xiàn)在大多數(shù)檔案館的溫濕度監(jiān)測還處于人工記錄數(shù)據(jù)和人工調控溫濕度的階段,有一部分檔案館已完成由人工到自動化、智能化的升級改造。可以預見在接下來的3-5年里,將有更多的檔案館進行智能化升級,同時新建檔案館將直接將溫濕度監(jiān)測設計為自動化與智能化,這是檔案管理發(fā)展的必然趨勢。
2、檔案館檔案庫房恒溫恒濕系統(tǒng)設計依據(jù)
運用現(xiàn)代化科學技術手段,將傳感技術、自動化技術、信息化技術結合起來,并依據(jù)國家出臺的相關規(guī)定,詳見如下:
國家《檔案法》、《檔案館建筑設計規(guī)范》(JGJ25-2010)、《檔案館建設標準》(建標103-2008)、《檔案安全保護技術管理暫行規(guī)定》及國家建筑設計施工規(guī)范等相關技術規(guī)范設計要求。

此外還要根據(jù)不同地理位置和氣候特點及區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況,綜合多方面因素,來設計溫濕度監(jiān)測方案。
根據(jù)相關數(shù)據(jù),多數(shù)蛀蟲和霉菌的生存溫度在10℃以上,低于這個溫度,害蟲即喪失活動能力和停止繁殖,而濕度在65%RH以下,多數(shù)霉菌就不能正常發(fā)育。因此將溫度控制在18℃,濕度應控制在50%RH-65%RH之間,這樣可以抑制害蟲、霉菌的生長繁殖,有利于書畫紙張的保養(yǎng)。倘若將相對濕度較長時間在45%RH以下,紙張又會因干燥而脆裂,造成物理性朽壞。所以,保持相對濕度50%~65%RH以及10~18℃的溫濕度環(huán)境,是對書畫保存的一個嚴格要求。
3、檔案館溫濕度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設計原則
1、避免重復投資,降低成本;
2、系統(tǒng)技術成熟,性能先進,符合檔案安全保護的管理科學、安全有效的原則;
3、采用環(huán)保材料,充分利用新技術,符合適度又節(jié)約投資的原則;
4、設計布局合理,充分利用邊角空間,節(jié)約庫房使用面積。
5、結合本地實際科學謀劃好檔案館建筑設計,提高檔案館建筑的適用和文化性,突出地方特色,確保檔案館建成好符合相關標準、規(guī)范和“五位一體”功能需要,滿足當前和今后發(fā)展的需要。
3、檔案館溫濕度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中關于溫濕度監(jiān)測點數(shù)
關于對于檔案庫房多大面積設計一個溫濕度監(jiān)測點的問題,我們建議從以下幾方面考慮
(1) 按檔案房建筑設計的布局考慮。
對于流通性好溫濕度較為一致的大面積的檔案房,可以結合具體情況以35-45平米設計一個監(jiān)測點。
對于面積不大但作獨立使用的單元間,原則上需要設計一個監(jiān)測點。
(2) 按監(jiān)測區(qū)域重要性的不同,監(jiān)測面積也會不同。
一般監(jiān)測場所,按30-50平米設定一個監(jiān)測點,對于重點監(jiān)測和監(jiān)測場局部溫濕度變化較大的地方,監(jiān)測密度要適當加大,以保證所獲取的數(shù)據(jù)能反映出此區(qū)真實的溫濕度狀況。
(3) 按當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)達程度和系統(tǒng)建設投入預算來綜合考慮單個溫濕度監(jiān)點所覆蓋的監(jiān)測面積。
眾所知周,固定面積的監(jiān)測場所,監(jiān)測點越多,越能真實的反映此區(qū)域的溫濕度狀況,但這是以增加投入為代價的,所以檔案管理部門也要充分考慮自身經(jīng)濟情況,綜合自身經(jīng)濟投入的多少來確定如何設計監(jiān)測點數(shù)與監(jiān)測面積。
(4) 總之,檔案管理部門應從多方面綜合考慮,結合自身實際情況,客觀、科學、合理地確定監(jiān)測點數(shù)與監(jiān)測面積。
4、智能溫濕度監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設計需要注意的事項

5、檔案庫房綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能介紹
(1) 溫濕度自動調控系統(tǒng)
溫濕自動調控系統(tǒng)主要由溫濕度主控微機、lcq綜合智能控制器、溫濕度傳感器和空調、除濕機、加濕機等外圍設備組成。
lcq綜合控制器負責實時采集各庫房內的溫度、濕度數(shù)據(jù),將數(shù)據(jù)上傳到控制微機,并接收控制微機下達的各種控制指令,自動打開或關閉空調、除濕機、加濕機等外圍設備,實現(xiàn)對各庫房內的溫度、濕度自動調控。
溫濕度主控微機負責收集各庫房溫濕度數(shù)據(jù),并對數(shù)據(jù)進行綜合分析,下達各種控制指令到各控制器;主控微機實時顯示、存儲各庫房溫濕度數(shù)據(jù),還可進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、打印報表等功能;統(tǒng)計報表主要包括生成庫房的日報表、月報表、日曲線、月曲線等。
(2) 自動防盜報警系統(tǒng)
自動防盜報警系統(tǒng)主要由防盜報警主控微機(上位機)、防盜報警控制器、防盜探測器、電話語音模塊、聲光報警器五部分組成。
在庫房的門、窗、走廊等入口處,安裝防盜探測器,綜合智能控制器內的防盜報警管理模塊負責對現(xiàn)場防盜探測器報警信號進行數(shù)據(jù)采集,并將報警信號通過數(shù)據(jù)總線上傳到防盜報警主控微機,經(jīng)防盜報警主控微機數(shù)據(jù)綜合分析處理,判斷是否報警;當出現(xiàn)警情時,驅動報警器發(fā)出聲、光報警,并采用語音方式電話通知相關人員。
防盜報警軟件具有電子地圖功能,顯示庫房平面結構圖,出現(xiàn)警情時,對應庫房的人頭閃爍,可方便查找報警地點,快速響應報警事件。
(3) 自動防火報警系統(tǒng)
防火報警系統(tǒng)由防火報警主機、煙感探測器、溫度探測器、手動報警器、聲光報警器、電話語音報警模塊組成。
在庫房內安裝不同數(shù)量的煙感探測器及溫度探測器,在走廊、樓梯出口等關鍵部位安裝手動及聲光報警器,當出現(xiàn)警情時,防火報警主機觸發(fā)聲光報警,并通過拔號電話拔號模塊拔通相關人員電話,以語音形式報出報警類型。

視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采用成熟的數(shù)字硬盤錄像技術,在庫房安裝紅外攝像機,實現(xiàn)對庫房24小時不間斷圖像監(jiān)控,并可以回放查詢錄像記錄。
(6) 通風換氣系統(tǒng)
檔案庫房自動通風換氣功能,綜合智能控制器通過通風控制模塊,連接通風換氣設備實現(xiàn)開啟或關閉,達到自動通風換氣目的?梢栽O定時間,系統(tǒng)自動打開或關閉設備,無需人員管理。
結合室外氣象站對檔案庫房外的氣象信息檢測,為檔案庫房通風換氣、溫濕度控制提供參考依據(jù)。
(7) 漏水檢測功能
暖氣、自來水等水管爆裂、雨季窗體漏水、空調漏水等情況,會對檔案產(chǎn)生嚴重的損壞,因此在檔案庫房的相應位置安裝漏水傳感器,實時監(jiān)測漏水情況的發(fā)生,當出現(xiàn)漏水時立即報警,并通知相關人員采取必要措施。
(8) 燈光照明管理
燈光照明檢測功能是為了解決檔案庫房人走燈滅的問題,減少燈光對檔案卷宗的照射,在庫房安裝燈光照明檢測模塊,在控制室,通過微機可方便觀察庫房燈光開、關情況。
(9) 自動消毒滅菌系統(tǒng)
檔案卷宗表面附帶著霉菌、各種具有傳染性的病毒,以及庫房空氣中充溢著各種有毒氣體,消毒滅菌設備可有效快速殺滅各種病毒、細菌,同時低濃度的活氧對空氣具有凈化作用。
綜合智能控制器連接消毒滅菌設備,通過主控室微機設定時間表實現(xiàn)定時開關消毒滅菌設備,無需人工管理。
(10) 智能卡門禁管理
門禁管理系統(tǒng),針對珍貴的、文物級的特藏檔案庫房,在庫房大門安裝電控門鎖,工作人員進入庫房,首先刷卡,然后輸入密碼,經(jīng)主控微機校驗后,方可進入庫房。系統(tǒng)同時自動記錄工作人員出入信息,為以后出現(xiàn)丟失,可以追溯查詢。
(11) 室外小型氣象站
室外氣象站主要實現(xiàn)對檔案庫房外的氣象信息檢測,為檔案庫房通風換氣、溫濕度控制提供參考依據(jù)。
(12) 內部呼叫對講功能
檔案館庫內部呼叫對講,公共廣播、背景音樂、緊急情況應急指揮調度。
(13)DID液晶拼接管理
DID液晶拼接可以將多臺液晶屏進行拼接,組成一塊面積更大的顯示屏,方便進行監(jiān)測界面的顯示與監(jiān)測。拼接顯示系統(tǒng)由三大部分組成,即拼接顯示墻、多屏拼接處理器和信號源。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場需要,提供控制屏顯示軟件,實現(xiàn)各種功能顯示。
(14)中央控制臺防雷及UPS電源管理
根據(jù)系統(tǒng)要求配置,配套豪華鋼木結構中央控制臺(多聯(lián)),配備相應微機、鼠標;同時配置專業(yè)電源插座。
系統(tǒng)運行主機采用性能優(yōu)異的工業(yè)控制計算機(IPC)。
控制室防雷采用三級防雷裝置,避免了感應雷對整個管理系統(tǒng)的破壞,保障整套系統(tǒng)不間斷穩(wěn)定工作。
